폐열발전
소결 폐열 회수는 소결 공정에서 에너지 소비를 줄이고 에너지 활용 효율을 개선하는 중요한 방법입니다. 기본 원리는 링 쿨러에 공기를 불어넣어 소결광을 냉각하고, 바닥에서 불어넣은 차가운 공기는 뜨거운 소결광 층을 통과할 때 가열되어 고온 배기 가스가 된다는 것입니다. 또한 소결기의 일부는 고온 배기 가스를 바닥에서 연도로 끌어들여 소결광을 생산하고, 유도 통풍 팬을 통해 보일러로 유입되어 보일러의 물을 가열하여 증기를 생성합니다. 증기는 터빈을 구동하여 회전하고 발전기를 구동하여 전기를 생성합니다.
